This is the weekend! The 34th Annual Downtown Mount Dora Art Festival is going on from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 6th and Sunday, February 7th. Also happening this weekend is the Library's used book sale being held in the basement of the community center. Happy 4th of July Weekend!

We hope everyone had a great 4th of July! The weather has turned hot, which is typical of Florida and it is hard to believe it is already July. We had a lot going on here the last month, but things have settled down around here now. The biggest thing being my oldest and only daughter, Dakota, graduated from CH&BS and will be working as our assistant for real estate, so the Patterson Team will now consist of Janice, Helen, and Dakota Patterson.

The weather has cooled!

Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday! If you are here in Central Florida you already know that it is definately a jacket day. Saturday when I was outside working I was sure the heat would do me in, but Sunday night the temperature started dropping and we've been enjoying cool weather since then.
