Happy 4th of July Weekend!

We hope everyone had a great 4th of July! The weather has turned hot, which is typical of Florida and it is hard to believe it is already July. We had a lot going on here the last month, but things have settled down around here now. The biggest thing being my oldest and only daughter, Dakota, graduated from CH&BS and will be working as our assistant for real estate, so the Patterson Team will now consist of Janice, Helen, and Dakota Patterson.

The community that we are going to tell you about today is "Lake Frances Estates" in Tavares, Florida. This community is situated on Lake Frances and offers many features. There is a community pool, recreational building, shuffleboard courts, fishing, boating, and much more. Deed restrictions do apply and there is a homeowners fee.
